Our organization was first established in 2008 with a clear purpose: to provide meaningful, tangible support to individuals and families navigating housing insecurity and related challenges. After a period of reorganization, we were formally reestablished in 2019 with renewed energy and a strengthened mission.

Services We Provide

We meet clients where they are and provide direct, practical assistance that addresses the most pressing barriers to stability. Our services include:
 

Rent, Security & Utilities

We pay rent, security deposits, and utility bills so clients can maintain safe, stable housing.

Transportation Services

We provide transportation to help clients reach jobs, appointments, and community resources.

Supportive Services

Ongoing case management and individualized support to help clients achieve long-term independence.


Grants & Financial Support

We are deeply grateful to our funders whose generosity directly sustains the families we serve.
 

State of Illinois

Received a grant from the State of Illinois to support housing and operational programs.

Walmart Foundation

Awarded a mini grant from Walmart to expand community outreach capacity.

Local American Legion Offices

Received financial donations from American Legion offices throughout our region.
